Physical Condition
External Appearance:People who are good-looking would often be treated better than those who are otherwise.
Obesity:People tend to underestimate the ability to do ordinary things of those who are obese.
Medical Condition:AIDS patients feel isolated by the society as healthy people fear they might get infected too.
Disability:During the Paralympics, the stadium was not half as crowded as it is when the actual Olympics were held.
Pregnancy:She was asked to leave the firm when she was pregnant because the firm thought that she would not be able to concentrate on business while she had a child and family as a priority to care for.
Race
Ideology:The politician was not allowed into his democratic country because he was a communist.
Nationality:Citizens of certain countries are not permitted to enter the territories of other countries.
Skin Tone:White people were often contemptuous of people whose skin are black and even once in history enslaved them.
Language:The company rejected him because he was not proficient in English but they did not know that they could use him as advantage as he could speak five other languages well.
Accent:The middle-eastern who spoke English in a western accent was not well-received in his country despite that it was his nature of speaking like that.
Religion:Middle Eastern Muslims travelling abroad are often seen as a possible threat to the security in western countries and due to the many terrorism activities that are related to the religion.
Social Status
Marital Status:A female candidate was refused to be employed because she is single and the manager thinks she will attract the attention of other worker.
Publicity/Reputation:The rhetorical politician enjoyed a more hearty welcome by the people than his superior colleague who only appears in the media to announce implementations for the countries.
Salary:People would have high opinion of people of wealth.
Family connection:He got offered the scholarship because he was the son of the defense minister while many others who did much better than him got their application rejected.
Education level:The government requires teachers to at least to have acquired an A in the Malaysian Education Certificate to be eligible to teach the Malay language.
Family Background:People feared that the newly-elected president would plunge the country with the recent revolution he was formulating for the country as his father was a militant leader.
Hold of power and rights:People flattered the king to gain benefits for themselves in the old times.
Personal Criminal Records:Even though he was no longer in prison, he faced difficulties in finding jobs because employers are not willing to risk a convict in their companies.
Career achievement:The Noble Laureate’s every single fund request was answered but the scientist who has worked so hard and still did not achieve anything was treated coldly when he asked for more fund.
Nature
Age:The fourteen-year old computer addict who murdered his parents was sentenced to 6 years in reform school while a man who smuggled a kilogram of drugs was hanged.
Sex:Men are always given higher posts than women.
Personal habits:He was not allowed to join the organizing committee due to his farting conspicuously in public habits.
First Impression:During the interview for the job application, the boss had a good impression of Tom and since then he has been promoted rapidly even though his job was sloppy and unsystematic.
Ability
Intelligence:People who do not perform academically well when they were in school find it hard to get employed as the requirements are high.
